Plousos – Sifakis S.A. was established in 1976 by civil engineers Mr Nick Plousos and Mr Kostas Sifakis.
The scope of the company is the trade of rebar steel and wiremesh and the production of prefabicated steel reinforcement (stiups, cages, mandles etc).
In its thirty three years of operation the company established itself as the leader for the rebar steel market in its geographic area (Crete), with annual steel volumes traded in excess of 35.000 tons and turnover in excess of 20mEuros. Since 2007 the company is also operating on an international level (for rebar trading).
The company has two fully automated production facilities, indoor storage areas of 3000sq.m and ten heavy trucks with cranes for production delivery. The company is certified according to ISO 9001.
